Registered Nurse - patient education (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Cross Care Services supports families and individuals in Tampa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
