Registered Nurse - patient education (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Basin Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
