Registered Nurse - patient education (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Quill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
