Registered Nurse - patient education (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Analytics provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 4 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
