Registered Nurse - patient education (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Oak Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
