Registered Nurse - patient education (San Jose, CA)

Nova Ridge Medical Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
