Registered Nurse - patient education (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Jose. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
