Registered Nurse - patient education (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
