Registered Nurse - patient education (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Jose caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 585 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification.
