Registered Nurse - patient education (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
