Registered Nurse - patient education (San Diego, CA)

Bright North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 773 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
