Registered Nurse - patient education (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Birch Care Services supports families and individuals in San Antonio with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
