Registered Nurse - patient education (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in San Antonio, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
