Registered Nurse - patient education (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
