Registered Nurse - patient education (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Early Learning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
