Registered Nurse - patient education (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
