Registered Nurse - patient education (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Rochester, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
