Registered Nurse - patient education (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
