Registered Nurse - patient education (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
