Registered Nurse - patient education (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Ivory Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Richmond, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
