Registered Nurse - patient education (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group is an education provider in Reno serving students and families, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
