Registered Nurse - patient education (Reno, NV)

Clearpath North Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Reno with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
