Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
