Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Cedar Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
