Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
