Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Denver, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
