Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Keystone Care Services and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
