Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
