Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Ironwood Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Wichita. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
