Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Stone Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
