Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Summit Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
