Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Reno with personal care and coordination, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
