Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Stonegate Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Richmond with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
