Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Harborlight Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Houston. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
