Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
