Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Insurance and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
