Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
