Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
