Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright West Transit Planning Group and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
