Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Summit Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Buffalo, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
