Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Silverline Stone Care Services is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
