Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Partners helps transport agencies around Jacksonville design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 994 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
