Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Anchorage, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
