Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Silverline Cross Health is looking for a Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
