Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Birch Transit Planning and adding a Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
