Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
