Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Westbrook Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Virginia Beach, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Families are partners. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
