Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in New Orleans. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
