Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Stonegate West Care Services Partners provides in-home and community support in Columbus. We are hiring a Registered Nurse to take on patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
