Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Summit Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Portland with claims and service teams, and we need a Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
